You'll help guide workflow, provide coaching and support, and step in as needed to keep operations running smoothly - all while leading by example. What You'll Do- Help coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks across the engineering team
- Coordinate and drive preventative maintenance to completion
- Support team workflow by assigning tasks as directed and tracking progress to completion
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Step in to assist with hands-on work to ensure timely and high-quality results
- Act as a resource and mentor to team members, providing guidance and on-the-job coaching
- Partner closely with housekeeping and front office to align on room readiness and guest needs
- Conduct walkthroughs of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to identify issues
- Help ensure work orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Promote safety standards and proper maintenance practices
- Communicate updates, challenges, and priorities effectively with leadership and the team
- Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance and operational improvements
