EducationRequired - Bachelor's degree.
Preferred - Master's degree.
Work ExperienceRequired - 5 years of experience in healthcare information technology, business intelligence, data management, or related field.
Preferred - 7 years of in experience in healthcare information technology, business intelligence, data management, or related field.
CertificationsRequired - Certification in an Epic Application upon hire.
Preferred - Certification in Project Management.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in various office software packages, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills and ability to use logical thought process to develop practical solutions to problems.
- Knowledge of data documentation, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Knowledge of the full project life-cycle.
- Data analysis skills and ability to evaluate data and translate into meaningful information.
- Ability to work with multiple user groups to capture technical requirements, resource capacity, and success metrics.
