Title: Claude Admin
Location: New York city, NY 2-3 days hybrid per week

Job Description:
Experience Range: 5 to 8 years of experience, including hands-on administration of Anthropic Claude Enterprise or comparable enterprise AI platforms within regulated financial services environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Anthropic Claude Enterprise across CoWork, Desktop, and Code modules, managing organization settings, policies, user seats, SSO/SCIM integrations, connectors, and audit processes
- Configure and validate over 300 security and governance controls to meet rigorous financial services standards, ensuring auditability and compliance
- Transition platform administration from client administrators and serve as the primary control owner throughout pilot and production phases
- Deliver real-time support during pilot and production, including guardrail tuning, prompt-injection defense, incident response, and execution of go-live and rollback runbooks
- Integrate platform monitoring with Dynatrace and Microsoft Sentinel to support observability and LLMOps requirements
- Maintain and update runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and follow-the-sun coverage with offshore administrators
- Optimize platform performance and security through continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated financial services environment
Required Skills:
- Hands-on administration of Anthropic Claude Enterprise (CoWork, Desktop, Code) or equivalent enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI Enterprise
- Enterprise identity management including Entra ID, SSO, and SCIM
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) with Microsoft Sentinel
- Advanced configuration of security and governance controls for audit-defensible compliance
- Integration of observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
- AI governance and LLMOps including guardrails, auditability, and monitoring
- Prompt-injection defense and incident response for enterprise AI platforms
Preferred Skills:
- Dynatrace administration and integration expertise
- Experience with agentic AI architectures and MCP
- Prior experience transitioning AI platforms from pilot to production environments
- Advanced knowledge of LLMOps and observability best practices
- Exposure to offshore operational models and follow-the-sun coverage
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
- Relevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Certification in information security or AI platform administration, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Anthropic Claude Enterprise Administrator (if available)
Additional Information:
Contract / Temp (contract-to-hire possible); duration approximately 2 months (pilot to production); onsite in New York (hybrid); start ASAP; urgent engagement in financial services domain
