Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Contract Campus Recruiter for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in New York, NY . This position can be performed primarily remotely but will require occasional onsite presence at the client's Hudson Yards office, up to 2 days per week . Candidates must be local to the New York City area.
Responsibilities :
- Support non-program-specific recruiting needs across the organization.
- Conduct first-round phone screens for high-volume positions.
- Support the development and execution of the Spring campus recruiting strategy.
- Conduct initial outreach to colleges, universities, and other organizations.
- Coordinate employee representatives participating in campus recruiting events.
- Gather, organize, and maintain school and organization contact lists.
- Track and process expenses associated with recruiting events and activities.
- Support the "keep warm " strategy for the incoming intern class.
- Create templates for newsletters, questionnaires, communications, and other materials distributed to incoming interns.
- Create and maintain program distribution lists.
- Create and manage calendar invitations for summer internship programming.
- Coordinate invitations and communications for interns, managers, mentors, and other participants.
- Book conference rooms and coordinate meeting and event logistics.
- Create and maintain intern and manager contact sheets.
- Create, update, and maintain the intern profile deck.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support for campus recruiting and internship programs.
Required Skills :
- Experience supporting campus, university, early-career, or high-volume recruiting activities.
- Experience conducting candidate phone screens and supporting recruiting processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating recruiting events, meetings, calendars, and related logistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional communications, spreadsheets, contact lists, presentations, and program materials.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must be local to the New York City area and able to work onsite in Hudson Yards as needed, up to 2 days per week.
Preferred Skills :
- Previous campus recruiting or university relations experience within a large corporate environment.
- Experience supporting internship or early-career development programs.
- Experience coordinating with colleges, universities, student organizations, and internal employee representatives.
- Financial Services or other large-enterprise experience.
