**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Architect, develop, and optimize automated solutions for extracting, transforming, and integrating complex financial and operational datasets from multiple enterprise platforms into analytics ecosystems.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Data Owners to map, cleanse, and transform incoming data, implementing logic to align with organizational and regulatory frameworks.
- Build and manage resilient, scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, ensuring end-to-end data delivery in alignment with vendor and internal standards.
- Develop and enforce robust data validation, reconciliation, and exception management practices for maximum data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners/vendors to understand integration requirements, validate data structures, and support ongoing enhancements.
- Deliver technical expertise during testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and into production, resolving issues and validating the integrity of delivered data.
- Rapidly analyze and address data inconsistencies or integration breakdowns through disciplined root-cause analysis and prompt solutions implementation.
- Continually enhance extraction and transformation processes, focusing on system performance, pipeline throughput, and operational reliability.
- Compose comprehensive technical documentation, including interface specs, data mapping guides, and operations manuals.
- Oversee and proactively monitor production data flows, managing incident response and supporting business continuity for critical data deliveries.
- Engage in Agile processes, working closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to align deliverables with evolving business needs.

**Financial Services/Data Experience:**
- Prior experience integrating or managing sensitive financial services data is highly sought after.
- Knowledge of banking, brokerage, wealth/cash management, or transaction processing data frameworks.
