Pay Range: $100 - $110/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end on-site delivery and execution of EBC Light sessions (90-minute high-volume executive briefings): room setup, catering/refreshments, agenda delivery via a standardized DIY toolkit.
- Serve as the primary point of contact/reference for account teams and customers for the program.
- Interface heavily with the sales/account team and directly with customers; requires executive presence and comfort with C-suite audiences.
- Collect and relay feedback from sessions to help evolve the program over time (not expected to design the narrative/experience independently in the near term that comes with seniority).
- In the near term, work is primarily tactical/operational; strategic and narrative-design responsibilities grow over time.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Blend of event/exhibition management program/project management operational excellence logistics, combined with high-tech/SaaS industry exposure.
- Comfortable and experienced presenting/interfacing with C-suite and sales stakeholders; exhibition floor, demo presentation, or showcase experience is a plus.
- Genuine interest in and working understanding of AI in enterprise workflows doesn't need to be a technologist, but should be able to speak knowledgeably about how AI is applied and be comfortable using Claude for summarization, research, and workflow automation (not Claude Code).
- Strong executive presence, storytelling ability, and comfort acting as a face/point of contact for the program with both sales teams and customers.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity.
- Good fits: integrated marketing backgrounds, industry events/exhibition management, EBC/CAB-adjacent experience, or professionals with adjacent cross-functional exposure (engineers, product marketing, sales) who are used to working across many partner teams.
- Claude (for summarization, research, workflow automation).
- Briefing/briefing management platforms a valued nice-to-have, not required.
- Salesforce and Power BI (or similar dashboard/analytics tools) nice to have, used to track pipeline value, opportunity progression, and program success metrics.
- Familiarity with event management platforms generally is a plus; onboarding/training is provided for tools specifically.
