- Ability to learn complex systems quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and requirements.
What Success Looks Like
During the initial onboarding period, you will become familiar with the development environment, application architecture, engineering standards, deployment processes, and release procedures while beginning with smaller development assignments.
As you become familiar with the environment, you will independently develop Java/Spring features, participate actively in technical discussions and code reviews, and take ownership of increasingly complex development assignments.
The goal is for you to become a trusted member of the development team who can own features end-to-end while continually improving application quality, performance, reliability, and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The strongest candidate will combine deep Java/Spring development experience with Oracle/SQL and hands-on Angular/JavaScript skills, along with experience developing technology within banking, payments, capital markets, or another financial services environment.
We are particularly interested in developers who are comfortable adopting AI-driven development tools, enjoy solving complex technical problems, communicate well with both technical and business teams, and want to continue learning and growing within a collaborative engineering environment.
