Job Requirements JD: Java Full Stack DeveloperRequired Skills & Attributes-6–8+ years of full-stack development experience (Java/Node.js, React/Angular, REST APIs) Strong proficiency in backend development (Java/Spring Boot or Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React/Angular)-Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL – MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture Working knowledge of AI/ML integration (APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows) Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot) and applying them in SDLC Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills-Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing Strong communication and collaboration mindset Preferred Skills & Attributes 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale applications Experience building AI-powered applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, automation tools)-Knowledge of GenAI frameworks (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs) Experience with data engineering / analytics pipelines Exposure to agentic AI systems or intelligent automation Familiarity with healthcare domain or regulated environments (HIPAA, compliance) Experience leading or mentoring teams Strong focus on user-centric design and performance optimizationPrimary Responsibilities (3–5) Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across UI, services, and data layers Integrate AI capabilities into applications to improve automation, decision-making, and user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive innovation Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and troubleshooting workflows Ensure high-quality code through best practices, testing, and performance optimization Preferred Experience / Domain Expertise Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or enterprise SaaS platforms Experience working in Agile product teams delivering large-scale distributed systems Background in data-driven applications and analytics platforms Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes Exposure to digital transformation or modernization initiativesWork Experience 5-7Years
