Job Overview We are seeking a self-driven Senior ETL & Integration Specialist with deep IBM DataStage expertise and experience across other integration technologies, bringing an architectural mindset and a passion for automation and continuous improvement. The role involves DataStage administration, support and maintenance, automation initiatives, and supporting a multi-technology integration environment.

Core Technical Skills: 8+ years of hands-on IBM DataStage experience across administration, support and maintenance, development. Exposure to other enterprise integration/middleware technologies is preferred. Strong experience with RDBMS, complex SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Strong Unix/Linux scripting and automation skills. Familiarity with Control-M / Workload Automation and Managed File Transfer (MFT) is an added advantage.

Key Competencies Architectural & Improvement Mindset: Identify bottlenecks, improve legacy solutions, and drive operational efficiencies. Ownership & Leadership: Independently handle complex technical challenges and drive initiatives to completion. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and support multiple integration technologies.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in an onshore-offshore delivery model
