Summary

Network Administrator / New York City / onsite/ Contract

In-Person Interview at New York City

Qualifications:

5+ Years of relevant experience in Network Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Network Security concepts
Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, switches, wireless)
Solid understanding of Routing and Switching (L2/L3)
Experience with VPN technologies (Site-to-Site VPN)
Proven ability in Wi-Fi troubleshooting and wireless networking
Experience in Wi-Fi site surveys and RF analysis tools
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira etc.)
Strong communication and user interaction skills
Good to have CCNA

Responsibilities:

Manage and support network security infrastructure, including firewalls and secure connectivity
Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki (MX, switches, and wireless) environments
Perform Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys (pre and post deployment) to ensure optimal coverage and performance
Implement and support Site-to-Site VPN (S2S VPN) solutions
Handle routing and switching configurations and troubleshooting
Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems
Provide end-user support and interaction, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network
