Summary

Job Title: Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Location: New York City, NY

Schedule: 8am to 4 pm / Tuesday to Thursday

Contract Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to hire)

Working Model: 3 days in office/ week (20 - 25 hours)

Job Description:

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and visitor management.

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are well maintained.

• Support office administration, pantry, stationery, and workplace logistics.

• Assist with employee onboarding logistics, access cards, and workplace requests.

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and routine facility services. Support office events, employee engagement activities, and other operational initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with workplace policies, security protocols, and administrative procedures.

• Provide general administrative support to the Support Operations team as required.

Must have Skills:

• 3+ years of Office Administration or Office Management experience.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing office logistics.
