Summary

Requirements

2 or more years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Salesforce for project tracking and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Claude AI tools for workflow support and process improvement.
Experience with process documentation, SOP creation, and workflow improvement initiatives.
Experience with GRC, Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Cybersecurity support activities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Support technology implementations, testing, and rollouts.
Assist with AI tool evaluations, prompt development, and workflow automation.
Track action items, requests, documentation, and deadlines across initiatives.
Serve as liaison between business users, IT, and third-party vendors.
