As a
Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Agentic AI and Copilot Studio focused on agentic AI within the International Customer Success Unit, you will serve as the senior technical authority for Copilot Studio and agent solutions across enterprise customers in the
New York and greater New York area. You will design, build, and deploy agents end-to-end, including topics, actions, connectors, integrations with Microsoft 365 and line-of-business data, and the governance and cost management practices required to scale safely. While familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption is valuable, the core of the role is building agents that solve real business problems.
Customers will be at different stages of their AI journey. Some may be starting with Copilot productivity scenarios, others deploying their first task or retrieval agents, and others scaling custom or autonomous agents across multiple business processes. Success requires the ability to assess customer maturity and engage at the right point.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role and the sole dedicated Copilot Studio resource for the market. You will set technical direction for engagements, guide customers and partners toward successful outcomes, and know when to engage specialists from across the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You must be comfortable influencing without formal authority and providing leadership through expertise.
You will also act as a multiplier for the broader community. The assets you create, the patterns you document, and the people you develop will determine how effectively this capability scales across the market.

Build and Deliver Agents
- Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents aligned to enterprise business processes.
- Configure topics, actions, connectors, and environments.
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 content, SharePoint, Teams, line-of-business systems, and Power Platform automation.
- Deliver pilots, proofs of concept, and production-ready solutions.
- Leverage reusable assets, templates, and reference architectures whenever possible.
- Build knowledge across the broader AI platform, including Azure AI Foundry and related agent technologies.
Partner with Customers
- Lead business and technical stakeholders through use-case discovery and prioritization.
- Help customers identify scenarios that deliver measurable business value.
- Build outcome-based success plans and track value realization throughout engagements.
- Develop relationships with architects, technical decision makers, and business leaders.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Microsoft.
- Challenge approaches that do not align to desired business outcomes.
Build for Scale, Security, and Cost
- Embed security, compliance, and governance into every deployment.
- Help customers establish agent registries, evaluation processes, testing practices, and centers of excellence.
- Advise on consumption and token cost management.
- Apply governance and methodology to identify and mitigate business and technical risks.
Drive Adoption and Growth
- Drive executive sponsorship and stakeholder alignment.
- Build champion communities and adoption programs.
- Support training and communication efforts that sustain long-term value.
- Increase both Microsoft 365 Copilot usage and agent adoption.
- Grow consumption across Copilot Studio and the broader AI ecosystem.
- Identify and remove technical blockers or ensure they are escalated appropriately.
Scale Beyond Yourself
- Maintain advanced Copilot Studio expertise and certification.
- Mentor colleagues, account teams, and partners.
- Participate in local, regional, and global technical communities.
- Share best practices and leverage specialist expertise when needed.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting, support, systems administration, or related technical roles
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements- This position is not eligible for have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and building Copilot Studio agents, including topics, actions, connectors, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and business data sources.
- 2+ years of hands on technical experience with Power Platform, including governance and connector-based automation.
- 4+ years delivering technical solutions, including pilots, proofs of concept, and enterprise production deployments
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology consulting.
- Experience functioning as the senior or sole technical authority for a technology area.
- Cloud certifications, particularly advanced Copilot Studio & Power Platform certifications.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, autonomous agents, custom agent development, and pro-code extensibility.
- Experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience with AI governance, testing, evaluation, and cost management.
- Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing reusable assets to a technical community.
Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
