Introduction:
At Sensiple Inc, we are seeking a Senior Java Developer with Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing secure and high-quality production code, reviewing and debugging code written by others, and driving adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop secure and high-quality production code
- Review and debug code written by others
- Drive adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices
- Improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes
- Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain
- Influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations
- Contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices
