What Success Looks Like
Successful Senior Field Managers become trusted advisors to their clients . They combine the structured problem-solving approach of a management consultant with the technical credibility of a technology leader and the commercial mindset of a client partner.
They know when being in front of the client matters. They uncover business problems that are worth solving, translate those problems into well-defined AI use cases, mobilize the appropriate technical resources, drive successful execution, demonstrate measurable value, and continuously identify opportunities to deepen and expand the relationship.
