- Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical projects and independently driving work from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and case-management workflows.
- Experience administering or integrating HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Experience supporting student services, social services, case management, workforce development, or benefits access programs.
- Experience working in higher education, government, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments.
What Success Looks Like - Lead implementation of priority technology initiatives across CUNY CARES.
- Effectively communicate technology updates and changes to a wide array of stakeholders, including stakeholders who are not technical.
- Improve interoperability among key systems and platforms.
