Summary

Solution IT Inc. is looking for Network Systems Engineer for one of its clients in NYC, NY

Job Title: Network Systems Engineer

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field experience.
5-7+ years of Network experience with a minimum of (5) years at an engineering level.
Experience in Software Defined WAN solutions, Hierarchical Enterprise LAN, Low Latency Data Center networks, 802.11 Enterprise Wireless, Cloud Networking, Network security concepts including Network Access Control, IPsec Tunnels, Client VPN solutions, and Next Generation Firewalls.
Expertise in establishing strong governance with effective processes, procedures, utilizing key IT service management (ITSM) techniques, policies, along with establishing SLA's, KPIs and other key operational metrics.
CCNA, CCNP or CCIE certification(s) - a plus
PCNSA , PCNSE certifications a plus
Experience maintaining both Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
Experience establishing proactive operations, standardization efforts, and appropriate toolsets with automation and orchestration that will transform much of IT operations in all core areas.
In-depth experience in ensuring the optimal management of system availability, performance, and capacity management for the core network infrastructure.
Has established modern monitoring frameworks and toolsets with dashboards, metrics, and reports across all infrastructure and security areas.
Experience in networking, hardware, operating systems, cloud, and enabling technologies.
Experience in business systems and process planning specifically in semiconductor or manufacturing industry preferred.

Work Site: NYC, NY (5 days onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months CTH
