Payments Risk & Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payments Risk & Analytics professional to support regulatory, risk, and compliance initiatives within the card payments ecosystem. This role will translate regulatory requirements into actionable analytics, reporting, controls, and ongoing monitoring solutions.

• Analyze regulatory requirements and assess their impact on payments, settlement, and operational processes.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions.
• Define business requirements and document processes, controls, procedures, and workflows.
• Design and implement risk and control frameworks, including automated control monitoring.
• Partner with Business, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams on regulatory initiatives.
• Identify trends, control gaps, and operational risks through data analysis.
• Present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in Payments, Risk, Analytics, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong understanding of payments and settlement processes.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with control design, risk monitoring, governance, and regulatory programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Card payments and network settlement.
• Issuer, Acquirer, and Card Network operations.
• Settlement, reconciliation, and payment operations.
• Regulatory compliance and operational risk management.
• Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams.
