Your New Role
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Service gas furnaces, boilers, central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, water heaters, and zoned systems
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and recommend corrective actions
Identify equipment issues and provide effective repair solutions
Install replacement components and complete system repairs according to industry standards
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company standards
Deliver excellent customer service on every call
Travel throughout Northern and Central New Jersey to support residential customers
Manage service calls efficiently while working independently in the field

6+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
Experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
Experience with light commercial HVAC systems, including basic knowledge of rooftop units, is preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience working on gas furnaces, boilers, central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, water heaters, and zoned systems
Knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical components, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision
Valid driver\'s license
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Ability to manage service calls efficiently and maintain accurate service documentation
Ability to safely lift equipment and materials as required by the role
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, rooftops, and other residential environments
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and consistent quality of work.
EPA Certification preferred
Relevant HVAC certifications preferred
