This position is based at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA. The property is owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, the real estate division of FM, offering a dynamic hospitality environment with strong organizational support.

Summary
Join our team and help keep the hotel running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As a Facilities Engineer, you?ll handle day-to-day maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas?ensuring everything is functional and guest-ready.
You?ll work closely with the Chief Engineer and facilities team to complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to service needs.

The hiring range for this position is $25.04to $38.61 per hour. Final offers are based on factors such as geographic location, education, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for FM?s Total Rewards program, including an incentive plan,healthand well-beingprograms, 401(k) and pension, career development and tuition reimbursement, and time off.
