Position : Business Analyst III (Contract)
Location : ST Louis MO – (Hybrid Mode)– Prefer Locals
Job Description :
Utilities experience a huge plus
Must-have skills
- Prior hands-on requirements gathering, not just membership on a project team.
- Agile experience is not strictly required but is a big plus over a purely waterfall background.
- Write or refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Document current-state processes and future-state improvements.
- Identify cross-system dependencies and risks and proactively communicate gaps.
Arrangements
Hybrid: three days a week in the office, with no fixed days. In-person attendance is expected for PI planning (about 3 days) and for team workshops, so flexible scheduling is key.
Because the teams do implementations, candidates need to flex their hours, sometimes working late at night or early in the morning. Someone rigidly limited to daytime hours would be a poor fit.
Interview process
Conducted via Teams.
Likely two rounds, with one being possible.
