Your role in our mission - Conducts advanced level training courses, both on-site and virtual, for management and professional development to include lectures, web-based programs and hands-on sessions. Also offers train-the-trainer sessions to build instructor pool.
- Designs and develops professional, management and/or non-technical skills training programs and curriculums, both on-site and virtual, for employees. Works with applicable business unit/area to establish content, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees. Ensures that training courses address all levels of employee.
- Prepares lesson plans including developing and preparing training materials such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides and audiovisuals.
- Works with training management and business units to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
- Gathers, reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Recommends and implements approved revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.
- Reviews external training programs to determine feasibility of purchase as requested. Makes recommendations to management as appropriate.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.
What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, education, human resources or related field
- Six (6) years or more of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use various training technologies effectively.
- Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
- Demonstrable Instructional design methodologies and software with experience in training transformation project(s) or system implementation launches preferred.
What you should expect in this role - Ability to travel 25% of the time to support new launches.
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

The pay range for this position is $60,300.00 - $86,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
