Job Title: AML Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Rate Range: $22/hr - $24/hr
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to support AML operations, data review, transaction monitoring, and project coordination. Training may be provided to candidates who are eager to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate data across multiple systems.
- Support transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, and compliance-related activities.
- Assist with project coordination, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accuracy, meet performance targets, and follow established processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in banking, financial services, data validation, or project coordination is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, learn new processes, and work in a target-driven environment.
