We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage the lifecycle of end-user technology across the organization. This role supports hardware, software, mobile devices, user accounts, and IT assets while delivering excellent customer service to employees and partnering with external vendors and managed service providers. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related hardware Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and business applications Support mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, tablets, hotspots, and associated software Assist users with printers, plotters, displays, and other peripheral devices Manage and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution Partner with internal teams and managed service providers to resolve technical issues Support IT onboarding, deployments, upgrades, and acquisition-related integrations Track and maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and software licenses Monitor device health, lifecycle, refresh schedules, and equipment disposal processes Manage software licensing, subscriptions, and compliance Assist with hardware and software rollouts for small and large groups of users Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and user training materials Required Qualifications 3+ years of desktop support, help desk, or end-user computing experience Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD hybrid environments Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and mobile device management (MDM) Experience managing Group Policy configurations Understanding of software deployment, device imaging, and lifecycle management Experience tracking IT assets, inventory, and software licensing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting hybrid SCCM and Intune enviornments Experience leading or supporting hardware refresh initiatives Experience with user migrations, acquisitions, or large-scale deployments Basic project management experience related to IT infrastructure or end-user technologyBy submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
