RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a PMO Data Specialist in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Data Enablement (approximately 60%):
* Support the design, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the PPM platform and associated Microsoft 365 solutions
* Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards, data models, measures, and reporting views that provide clear visibility into project status, milestones, risks, actions, commercial controls, workload, and portfolio health
* Collect, validate, reconcile, transform, and analyze structured and semi-structured data from approved sources, identifying quality issues and coordinating corrective action with data owners
* Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, metadata, views, permissions coordination, templates, and site content that support governed project and portfolio processes
* Develop or support Power Automate workflows, forms, and low-code solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process consistency
* Support OnePM reporting and database maintenance activities, including project setup and closeout support, report review, data cleanup, controlled updates, and issue escalation
* Assist with integration and data-flow requirements involving approved enterprise systems and reporting sources, working with system owners and IT as required
* Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, user acceptance testing, and documentation for enhancements, defects, and new capabilities
* Create technical specifications, process maps, data definitions, operating instructions, and support materials that allow solutions to be sustained
* Explore practical uses of AI and Microsoft Copilot capabilities to improve search, summarization, knowledge access, and PMO productivity within approved governance boundaries
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field; Equivalent relevant experience may be considered
* Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, PMO operations, project support, SharePoint/Microsoft 365, reporting, or related functions
* Hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard and report development, data modeling, data transformation, visualization, and validation of report outputs
* Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, including lists, libraries, document organization, metadata concepts, permissions coordination, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote; Copilot Studio experience preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with PMO leadership, Project Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams
* Ability to understand, organize, validate, and learn data from multiple sources; direct experience with structured and semi-structured data is preferred
* Ability to translate business needs into practical technical or process solutions and document requirements, testing, decisions, and operating procedures clearly
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
