Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating System for client/server environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Strong knowledge of Workstation/Server hardware environments
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Well-developed communication skills
Commitment to superior customer service
Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines
Ability to read and write proficiently in the English language
Ability to work with minimal direction to achieve stated goals or assigned tasks
Must be willing to travel
Must be willing to work extended hours and be on call when needed for projects and problem resolution

Duties &
Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Network Analyst will perform a variety of tasks related to providing support for desktop; server; and network environments.

Duties

Install, upgrade, and support Server and Computer hardware/software
Assist with planning and implementation of IT projects as directed
Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating system and hardware to detect problems
Initiate preventive maintenance on systems and be capable of repairing issues as they arise
Strong experience with enterprise networking solutions including WAN, LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies
Experience with VMWare virtual server and workstation environments
Collaborate with vendors as directed
Mentor others in the performance of their job duties where applicable
Communicate effectively with all contacts
Accept and adapt easily to change
Support all company policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned

Functional Demands

Lifting generally not more than 50 lbs. and/or carrying objects weighing 25 lbs.

Standing requirements- 1-3 hours day with frequent walking, bending, and stooping.
