A bit about us:
We're looking for a hands-on EMC/EMI Test Technician to join an in-house qualification test lab supporting aerospace and defense products. You'll run electromagnetic compatibility and shielding effectiveness testing as your main job, and also support environmental qualification testing such as thermal, humidity, vibration, and shock. This role suits a technician who likes variety, is comfortable at the bench and in the chamber, and takes pride in clean data and accurate test records.
Why join us?
Stability you can build a career on. We're an established, aerospace and defense manufacturer with decades of steady growth. Our products fly on commercial aircraft, military platforms, satellites, and launch vehicles, and long tenure is the norm here. Many of our engineers and technicians have been with us for 10, 15, or 20+ years.
Real ownership of your work. Our test lab is in-house, so you won't be one of hundreds of people on a program. You'll see products from design through qualification, work directly with the engineers who designed them, and know that your data decides what ships.
Variety that keeps you sharp. We build thousands of configurations for very different applications. No two test programs look the same, so you'll keep learning new standards, setups, and problems.
