Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. .NET Developer to support a major modernization effort for an essential Time and Attendance platform. This role will focus on upgrading approximately 35 applications currently running on legacy Windows 2015 servers to Windows Server 2025, while enhancing functionality and performance through updated development frameworks such as Visual Studio 2026.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in .NET development and has a strong background in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving critical system issues. This role also involves contributing to system integration, improving application security, and supporting modern development practices, including the use of generative AI tools within the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve critical defects across a suite of applications
Modernize and upgrade legacy applications to Windows Server 2025 environments
Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and REST APIs
Design and implement scalable system integrations using established design patterns
Build and enhance user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, or React
Design and manage data structures in SQL and non-SQL databases
Address security vulnerabilities, including credential protection, certificate security, and vault integrations
Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot or Amazon Q) for code generation and testing
Participate in Agile development processes
