Summary

SNOW Portal Architect

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal/UI Architect to join our team and help build intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly portal experiences.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop ServiceNow portals (Service Portal / Employee Center / UI Builder)
Build and customize widgets and reusable UI components
Deliver a consistent, responsive, and modern user experience
Implement role-based access and personalized UI experiences
Integrate portal components with backend ServiceNow modules and external systems
Follow best practices with a focus on configuration over customization

Required Skills:

Strong experience with ServiceNow Portal/UI development
Hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS (Service Portal)
Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience is a plus
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
Familiarity with ServiceNow development standards and governance
