Shift: 7:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Service Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician, Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar technical role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs or corrective actions
- Experience with equipment maintenance, repair, and customer service support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers, vendors, and team members
- Willingness to travel by automobile or air as needed
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Service Technician Job Duties:
- Respond to customer service requests and resolve product-related issues promptly
- Travel to customer sites to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service support
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and solutions
- Determine the required spare parts and repair materials needed for service calls
- Complete equipment repairs and corrective actions at customer locations
- Maintain accurate service records and update service issue databases
- Provide professional customer support while representing the company in the field
- Communicate service findings, recommendations, and repair updates to customers and internal teams
