Summary

Role: Jr. Linux with SQL Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration 12 Month (Contract to Start)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Linux-based applications and scripts.
Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
Perform system-level programming, debugging, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
Create shell scripts (Bash/Python) for automation, deployment, and monitoring tasks.
Collaborate with database teams to ensure data consistency and performance optimization.
Monitor system performance and perform root-cause analysis for issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Linux software or system development.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, file systems, and process management.
Proficiency in SQL query optimization, joins, and stored procedures (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Experience in Bash scripting or Python for automation
