Data Scientist who can turn business questions into actionable insights. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with leadership, build analytical solutions, leverage AI, and drive process improvements across the organization. What You'll Do
- Transform business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Develop predictive models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Apply AI and machine learning to improve operations and decision-making
- Partner with business and technology teams to optimize processes
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Help shape data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning solutions
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
- Data modeling and data warehouse experience
- Ability to translate complex business needs into analytical solutions
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership
Preferred Experience
- Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar platforms
- Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
- Predictive analytics and process optimization
- Leadership or mentoring experience
