Description- We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This individual will focus heavily on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology (IT) and high-level Tax positions.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities
- Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing technical and/or professional-level talent
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or other professional roles is preferred

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
