Job Overview:
Pay Range: $32.25hr - $37.25hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or automation environment.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance terminology, tools, and processes.
- Ability to follow verbal and written procedures with accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience working with maintenance software systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance, including repairs, installations, modifications, and safety checks on production equipment.
- Document maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Troubleshoot and repair a broad range of industrial production equipment.
- Maintain, track, and support inventory for equipment and related components.
- Work with tools such as micrometers, calipers, multimeters, gauge pins, and other precision instruments.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve equipment performance.
- Utilize systems and software including Microsoft Office, SAP, Windchill, and Infor EAM (CMMS).
