Summary

*Responsibilities
• Develop and write instructions, policy, and procedure documents in a timely manner (including manuals and bulletins).
• Develop user manuals, how-to-guides, standard operating procedures (SOP), and API documentation.
• Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
• Work with the management team to update/maintain current manuals in the established writing style and templates.
• Gather information by conducting interviews with management and subject matter experts
• Compose, maintain, and clarify the Policies and Procedures of the IT
• Understand and document process flows using Microsoft Visio
• Write a policy manual, by interviewing staff members and translating it into a clear and understandable policy.
• Develop change procedures to maintain policies
• Keep history files of work performed.
*Qualifications and Skills (Required)
• Bachelor''s degree in IT, English or Communications.
• 3 plus year''s experience documenting software for users, developers and policy makers.
• Excellent MS tools skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio.
• Excellent knowledge of the full system development life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent skills in workflow analysis, documentation and the requirements solicitation/interview process.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, teaming, written communication, oral communication and listening skills.
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
