We are seeking a seasoned Business SME / Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in Client 360, Client Book of Record (CBOR), and Client Master Data Management within the Asset Management industry. This is a business-focused role requiring strong domain knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and data specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders across Sales, Distribution, Client Service, Operations, and Data Management teams.
Define and document Client 360 business capabilities, client hierarchies, and client master data requirements.
Develop functional specifications, business rules, data definitions, source-to-target mappings, and operational workflows.
Define entity relationships across clients, products, accounts, channels, territories, advisors, AUM, and flows.
Establish match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data quality requirements for client master data.
Partner with business and technology teams to drive Client 360 implementation initiatives.
Support data governance and stewardship processes to ensure a trusted client view across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Management.
Proven experience implementing Client 360, Client Book of Record, or Customer Master Data solutions.
Strong knowledge of:
Client Master & Client Hierarchy
Products & Strategies
AUM & Flows
Distribution Channels & Territories
CRM & Reference Data
Data Governance & Data Quality
Hands-on experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, and process workflows.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Customer/Data 360.
Experience working with enterprise MDM platforms such as Informatica, Reltio, or Semarchy.
Background in large-scale client data transformation and governance programs.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
