Role: YubiKey Enrollment & User Support Specialist
Term: 4-6 weeks (project assignment)
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
About the OpportunityApex Systems is seeking multiple
YubiKey Enrollment & User Support Specialists to support a large-scale user onboarding and security deployment initiative for a leading financial services organization.
This is a fast-paced, project-based assignment focused on helping thousands of end users successfully activate and enroll multi-factor authentication devices (YubiKeys) as part of a major technology rollout.

What You'll Be Doing- Contact end users via phone and other communication channels to assist with YubiKey enrollment and activation
- Guide users through a standardized setup process
- Follow established procedures and documentation to ensure successful onboarding
- Monitor enrollment status and follow up with users who have not completed required steps
- Document outcomes and update tracking systems
- Escalate technical issues or exceptions to the appropriate support teams
- Help drive adoption and completion of a large-scale security initiative
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable making outbound calls and assisting users over the phone
- Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and navigation skills
- Ability to learn new tools and procedures quickly
Preferred Qualifications- Customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Help desk or technical support experience
- Experience supporting software, hardware, or user onboarding initiatives
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as banking, financial services, healthcare, or insurance
