Job Title: Liaison Platform Support
Location: Rahway, NJ 07065 (Onsite)
Liaison Platform Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, administering, and maintaining the Liaison integration platform to ensure reliable and secure data exchange between enterprise applications, trading partners, cloud services, and business systems. You will provide operational support for B2B integrations, EDI transactions, managed file transfers, API integrations, and middleware services while ensuring platform stability, performance, and compliance with SLA commitments.

Data Integration and Middleware Solutions
Knowledge of integration monitoring, message processing, and transaction lifecycle management.
Understanding of data transformation and mapping concepts.
EDI & B2B Integration
Strong experience with:
ANSI X12
EDIFACT
EDI Transactions
Trading Partner Management
B2B Communication Protocols
• B2B application architecture, File transfer protocols.
• Networking concepts (SSL/TLS, Firewalls)
• Dynatrace Application Monitoring tools
• AWS S3 services
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell commands
• Power BI knowledge will be added advantage
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream application, network, firewall and server teams
• Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity support
• Production monitoring and incident troubleshooting
• Failed/stuck file-transfer investigation
• Trading-partner onboarding.
• Firewall, proxy, DNS and network troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow/Jira/BMC or similar ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• RCA and production incident management
• Support deployments, configuration changes, certificates and key renewals.
• Participate in 24×7/on-call support as required.
