About Euromotion
Euromotion is seeking an A-Level European Automotive Technician in Raleigh, NC, with flat-rate pay up to $60/hr plus performance bonuses.
This 100% European repair facility offers a consistent workload, a climate-controlled shop, and a dedicated foreman focused on technician support and mentoring.
Technicians work on a variety of European vehicles while service advisors handle parts ordering and ticket building.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs with precision
- Troubleshoot electrical and diagnostic issues
- Produce consistent flagged hours while maintaining quality standards
- Complete high-quality repairs with minimal oversight
- Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to deliver high-quality automotive service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong automotive diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to consistently flag 40+ hours per week
- European automotive experience preferred, but not required
- Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred
- Ability to perform quality repair work with minimal oversight
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat-rate pay up to $60/hr
- Weekly direct deposit
- Performance bonus: 50+ flagged hours earns an additional $5/hr on all flagged hours
- Performance bonus: 55+ flagged hours earns an additional $10/hr on all flagged hours
- Consistent workload of approximately 40?60 flagged hours per week
