Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tax Accounting professional to support the development and validation of AI-driven financial solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in taxation, accounting principles, and business finance to ensure the accuracy and quality of financial data used in AI model training. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate complex tax concepts into structured business rules and improve the reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for tax accounting and financial compliance throughout AI data development initiatives.
• Define and maintain financial data standards, taxonomies, and annotation guidelines for tax and accounting datasets.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated financial and tax-related content to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Analyze complex accounting scenarios to identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential risks within training datasets.
• Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to convert accounting and taxation requirements into structured AI learning models.
• Recommend improvements that enhance the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of financial datasets used for AI model development.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, CPB, or an equivalent accounting certification is highly preferred.
• 8 10 years of hands-on experience in tax accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance, tax return preparation, and business finance.
• Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including debit and credit principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
