NC FAST Business Analyst at NC

Position: NC FAST Business Analyst

5 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit/gap analysis and JAD sessions; map requirements to standard features and functions
• Analyze complex business processes; craft functional and technical design specs, process flows, and documentation
• Support testing activities: design test scenarios, participate in UAT, manage defect tracking, and ensure quality
• Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation
• Coordinate training needs and user readiness; provide production support and post-implementation enhancements

Top Technical Skills (Must/Highly Desired):

• SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Medicaid and human services program knowledge
• Requirements gathering, UX/UI thinking, and process mapping
• SQL querying for data validation and reporting
• JAD facilitation, UAT support, and test artifact creation
