DevOps Manager – Digital Products
Position Summary
As a DevOps Manager, you will lead the teams and cross-functional efforts that enable SaaS platforms to operate securely, reliably, and at scale.
You will manage and develop technical team members while coordinating delivery across software engineering, product, Enterprise IT, security, and operations. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, diplomacy, and the ability to align multiple teams around shared priorities and delivery outcomes. You will manage dependencies, help resolve conflicts, communicate risks early, and maintain momentum across complex initiatives.
You will provide technical direction for the platforms and delivery practices supporting applications built with Java 21 and Node.js, event-driven services using Kafka, and infrastructure running on OpenShift and AWS. You will work within a shared-responsibility model, partnering with Enterprise IT to align product needs with enterprise standards.
