Typical Day in the Role
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, action items, and reviews.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, quarterly business reviews, transformation initiatives, status reporting, and other operational priorities.
- Manage and maintain the master Rhythm of Business (RoB) calendar, forum inventory, and Standard Meeting Charters.
- Prepare and align narratives for the Quarterly Budget Review with the Budget Owner.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a large, globally dispersed organization in a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, or closely related role. Consulting experience or the ability to develop leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
Summary
The main function of this role is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Responsibilities include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The role typically reports to a project manager or director.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
- Approve project and work breakdown structures.
- Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
- Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
- Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
- Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, clients, and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
- Prepare sub-agreements and review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contract compliance.
Skills

- Solid knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficient in applying accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Experience with computer applications such as Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience is a plus.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor''s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field is required.
- 8-10 years of experience required.

- 6 years of experience preferred in business operations, business management, program management, or strategy operations roles.
- Strong executive writing skills: memos, narratives, decision briefs, agenda framing, and leadership-ready summaries.
- Advanced skills in Office 365: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint. Ability to build polished communication artifacts such as PowerPoints and emails.
