Location: Redmond, Washington (Partial Remote)
COMPENSATION: $70 - $80 HOURLY
Role Overview
The main function of an algorithm developer is to design and implement algorithms for signal processing and machine learning. In this role, you will test the effectiveness of routines against requirements and contribute to the development of advanced methods and research techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques of algorithms.
- Design, implement, and test algorithms for a variety of signal processing and conditioning tasks.
- Design statistical models and algorithms for signal classification.
- Synthesize algorithm needs and designs to meet customer requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found with software.
- Improve software performance.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:- Experience with algorithm development.
- Experience with object-oriented programming in C# and C++ or other languages.
- Experience with machine learning toolkits and platforms.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Experience in UI design and development for big data visualization.
