We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead application modernization, code remediation, and accessible reporting workflows.

< data-path-to-node="4">Location & Work Arrangement

Location: Remote (Must currently reside in Indiana)
Work Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite for initial equipment setup & occasional team meetings)
Interview Mode: 100% Webcam / Video Interview

Application Modernization: Refactor and modernize legacy enterprise C# / .NET applications and front-end interfaces.
ADA & WCAG Remediation: Audit and fix application code to ensure strict adherence to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 standards.
Accessible PDF Output: Convert legacy report engines (Crystal Reports) into fully compliant, dynamic, tagged PDF reports in .NET.
AI-Assisted Delivery: Leverage enterprise AI tooling (GitHub Enterprise Copilot, Anthropic Claude) to accelerate code refactoring, auditing, and test generation.

Must-Have Technical Expertise:

.NET Stack: Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core (MVC / Razor / Web API), and enterprise architecture patterns.
Front-End Engineering: Native JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, SCSS), and Telerik UI.
Web Accessibility & ADA: Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, Section 508, and WAI-ARIA standards.
Accessible PDF Generation: Hands-on experience building tagged PDFs (reading order, alt text, structural tags) directly within .NET code.
Audit & Testing Tools: Experience testing with screen readers (NVDA), WAVE, and automated scanning via Claude AI.
AI Tooling & DevOps: Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot, Claude AI, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure Pipelines).
