AEM Developer/architect

Qualifications:

• Ten or more years of hands-on development and architecture experience with Adobe Experience Manager.

• Extensive experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including AEM Sites and Assets. •Strong hands-on knowledge of Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, Oak, Dispatcher and established AEM development practices.

• Experience with AEM Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, deployment patterns, code quality gates and cloud-native AEM architecture.

• Deep understanding of AEM integration patterns and content-centric application development.

• Knowledge of cloud architecture, CDN strategies, caching, application security and web performance practices.

• Experience designing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems with AEM.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions to engineering, product and business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership across multiple teams and complex initiatives.

• Experience supporting global, multilingual digital platforms.
