Job Description:
Lead the design development and deployment of enterprise scale Generative AI solutions and applications
Develop AIpowered applications using Azure OpenAI Azure AI Foundry Copilot Studio and related AI services
Build and optimize RAG Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
Design and implement AI agents and multiagent workflows using LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel or AutoGen
Collaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to deliver AIdriven business outcomes
Develop scalable APIs microservices and backend integrations for GenAI applications
Lead prompt engineering model tuning and evaluation activities to improve AI response quality and accuracy
Implement LLMOps practices including model monitoring observability performance tuning and governance
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI security compliance and data privacy standards
Mentor and guide developers on AI development best practices coding standards and solution design
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize AI workloads for performance and cost efficiency
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 ServiceNow Salesforce and SAP
Stay current with advancements in LLMs Agentic AI multimodal AI and emerging AI frameworks
Contribute to technical proposal development PoCs innovation initiatives and architecture reviews
