Job Title: Apriso MES Application Support Engineer (O&M Support)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 1 Year contract with strong possibility of extension
Role Description
The Apriso O&M Support role is responsible for ensuring the stable, reliable, and efficient operation of the Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across production environments.
This role combines technical expertise, manufacturing process understanding, and strong problem‑solving skills to sustain system performance, support end users, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include monitoring system health, troubleshooting incidents, and resolving application issues in partnership with IT, operations, and engineering teams.
The role provides day‑to‑day operational support, executes maintenance tasks, and ensures timely escalation for high‑priority or complex issues.
In addition, Apriso O&M Support manages configuration changes, validates system updates, and supports deployments, ensuring minimal impact to manufacturing operations.
