We''re hiring a Blue Card Configuration & Production Support Lead to own Blue Card configuration within HealthRules Payor (HRP), supporting a major go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

What you''ll do:

Own Blue Card configuration activities, serve as the primary escalation point for production issues, diagnose and resolve configuration defects impacting claims processing, and support knowledge transfer as HealthEdge transitions off the program.

What you need:

• 7+ years healthcare payer experience
• 5+ years Blue Card experience
• 5+ years HRP experience, or 5–10+ years with Facets, QNXT, or similar core systems (HRP strongly preferred, not required)
• Experience supporting large-scale payer implementations and go-lives
• Prior consulting or managed services experience strongly preferred

Important: This is a true consulting engagement supporting a critical go-live — expect hours beyond standard 8-hour days/40-hour weeks, especially around the October 1st go-live and hypercare period.
