Overview
Client is undergoing a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative to consolidate multiple business units onto the COINS ERP platform. Today, the organization operates across highly fragmented environments with multiple ERP and payroll systems. As part of a multi-year modernization effort, Client is standardizing business operations and integrations across the enterprise.
To support this initiative, Client has partnered with RSM and is building out its integration team. They are seeking a senior-level Boomi Solution Architect who combines strong architectural leadership with a solid hands-on development background. This individual will help define integration solutions, create design documentation, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of integrations supporting the COINS migration program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise integrations using Boomi AtomSphere.
- Create solution design documents, integration patterns, and architecture standards.
- Partner with business leads, RSM implementation teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical integration designs.
- Review and guide development efforts performed by internal and offshore resources.
- Provide governance, best practices, and architectural oversight across integration projects.
- Participate in code reviews and step in for hands-on development when necessary.
- Support integration delivery throughout the COINS ERP migration and consolidation initiative.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for ERP, payroll, procurement, and other enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration platform.
- Strong background in both Boomi architecture and hands-on development.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise integrations using APIs and web services.
- Deep understanding of integration architecture, data flows, and system connectivity.
- Ability to create and maintain technical design and solution documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
- Proven ability to evaluate integration requirements and drive solution-oriented outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP transformation or migration initiatives.
- Experience integrating with COINS ERP.
- Construction, specialty contracting, service, or field operations industry experience.
- Experience integrating procurement platforms, including MobiWorx or similar applications.
- Experience working with implementation partners and offshore development teams.

- Ability to lead integration solution design while remaining technically hands-on.
- Strong balance of architecture (approximately 70%) and technical review/development oversight (approximately 30%).
- Comfortable discussing architecture scenarios and integration design decisions.
- Capable of reviewing, troubleshooting, and assisting with development when needed.
- Strong communicator who can work effectively across business, implementation partner, and technical teams.
